When you submit the form, please include:
- Confirmation that your order was purchased on Amazon

Sizing Help
Correct sizing depends on your dog's actual chest girth, not weight or breed. Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, before selecting a size.

Missing or Incorrect Patches
If a patch is missing, incorrect, or the wording is wrong, contact us through the form with your order number and a photo of the item as received. We'll review and make it right.
Product Care
To keep your gear performing and looking its best, hand wash with mild soap and cold water, air dry, and avoid machine washing or high heat, which can damage reflective stitching and hardware.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be clean, unused, and in brand-new condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was sent or there is a confirmed defect.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order — this keeps processing accurate and shipping costs manageable.
