Returns & Replacements

At Albcorp Shop, we want you and your pet to be pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of the purchase date. Once your RAN is issued, you’ll have 30 additional days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and original packaging, including any hardware and instructional components. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

If the item does not meet these criteria, it will be returned at your expense, and no credit will be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To request a Return Authorization Number:

1. Review and agree to the Return Policy above.
2. Email info@albcorpshop.com with your order number and the Item ID of the product you wish to return.

We gladly accept returns of defective products due to manufacturing faults or workmanship errors within 30 days of purchase. In case of shipping errors, where you receive the wrong item, we will accept returns within 30 days as well.
