Returns & Replacements

At Albcorp Shop, we want you and your pet to be pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of the purchase date. Once your RAN is issued, you’ll have 30 additional days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and original packaging, including any hardware and instructional components. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

If the item does not meet these criteria, it will be returned at your expense, and no credit will be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

To request a Return Authorization Number:

  1. Review and agree to the Return Policy above.
  2. Email info@albcorpshop.com with your order number and the Item ID of the product you wish to return.

We gladly accept returns of defective products due to manufacturing faults or workmanship errors within 30 days of purchase. In case of shipping errors, where you receive the wrong item, we will accept returns within 30 days as well.

 

Shipping Policy

We aim to get your orders out to you quickly and efficiently. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will ship the same day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

We use UPS or USPS for shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, quantity, and destination of your order, using USPS and UPS's published rates.

Expedited Shipping Options
For domestic orders, we offer expedited shipping, including Next-Day, 2-day, and 3-day delivery. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to guarantee delivery within the selected time frame, provided the items are in stock. Expedited orders received after 12:00 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Shipping Time
Orders typically ship within 1 business day of being placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for standard delivery. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order early, especially during busy seasons or in case of stock limitations.
