Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Priority shipping available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 orders.
Domestic Shipping
Wholesale program currently serves the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges — contact us to confirm before ordering.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items are replaced at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we'll make it right.

No unit minimum — we work with a dollar minimum of $150 so you can mix and match products freely across vests, harnesses, leashes, and patches.
Can I mix sizes and products?
Yes. Your entire order counts toward the tier threshold. Combine any sizes, colors, and product types to hit your preferred discount level.
How long does approval take?
We review all applications within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive a wholesale link and your discount code immediately.
Do you offer custom or embroidered patches?
Contact us to discuss custom orders. We may be able to accommodate specific patch wording or configurations for established partner organizations.
Is shipping really free on all orders?
Yes. Every wholesale order of $150 or more ships free within the continental US — no exceptions, no surprises at checkout.
